Local Master Server v2

Install once on the computer that will store company document files.

Download Master Server

Extract the ZIP on the Master Computer.
No separate Node.js or npm installation is required.

Run SETUP-VDEMS-MASTER-SERVER.cmd as Administrator.
Setup configures the server, firewall and automatic Windows startup.

Open VDEMS → Settings → Master Server.
Enter the Master Computer IP address and port 3000.

Allow Local Network Access in Chrome if prompted.
No certificate installation is required on every office computer for v2.

Daily VDEMS Workflow

1. Vehicle Master

Add vehicles manually or import through Excel.

2. Document Master

Create the document types required by your company.

3. Vehicle Documents

Enter expiry dates and attach supporting files.

4. Dashboard & Reports

Monitor due documents, renewals and compliance status.
